Beverage Assistant, Housekeeper

• As a Housekeeper, you will play a key part in serving beverages to staff members, whilst maintaining high levels of cleanliness within kitchen areas.
• We are looking for individuals to provide exceptional customer service towards staff members, whilst serving hot beverages such as tea and coffee within our Stoke-on-Trent offices.
• You will also be responsible for general cleaning duties, collecting mugs and re-stocking various products within staff breakout rooms.
• This is an entry-level position; no experience is required as full training will be provided.

• Ability to work well within a team.
• Positive and courteous attitude.
• Awareness of COSHH.
• Commercial coffee machine and dishwasher experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Providing a positive customer experience while serving beverages to office staff.
• Emptying, cleaning and refilling the coffee machines.
• Cleaning all kitchen areas, including touch points regularly.
• Emptying and loading the dishwashers.
• Clearing waste on a regular basis.
