Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Störungsanalysen, Qualitätsstandards sowie für die technische Anleitung deines Teams. Deine Arbeit trägt direkt zur Herstellung unserer hochwertigen Produkte bei, die weltweit in Forschung, Diagnostik und Gesundheitsversorgung eingesetzt werden. Deine Aufgaben werden sein Betreuen und Überwachen vollautomatischer Produktionsanlagen – inklusive Kontrolle der Anlagenparameter sowie präziser Feinjustierung Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von GMP‑Richtlinien sowie aller Arbeitsschutzvorschriften Durchführen von Störungssuchen an Produktionsanlagen sowie Dokumentation der Fehlerbehebung Ausführen leichter Wartungs- und Instandhaltungstätigkeiten oder Koordination komplexerer Eingriffe mit Maintenance und Engineering Schulung, Anleitung und Unterstützung von Maschinenbedienern Proaktive Mitarbeit an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen im Produktionsprozess Dein Profil: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen‑ und Anlagenführer oder vergleichbare technische Berufsausbildung Fundierte Erfahrung in der Störungssuche, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in elektrischen und pneumatischen Systemen Vorteilhaft: Erfahrung mit Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorschriften der Life‑Science‑Industrie Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Grundkenntnisse in Englisch Erweiterte PC‑Kenntnisse, z. B. in MS Office und Automatisierungssoftware Bereitschaft zur Schicht‑ und Samstagsarbeit Teamfähigkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein runden dein Profil ab What we offer Bonus/Commission Local benefits Referral Program Volunteer Day Internal Academy (QIALearn) Employee Assistance Program Hybrid work (conditional to your role) Our people are the heartbeat of everything we do.
