Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is on the lookout for a compassionate and enthusiastic Female ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to a bright 8-year-old child in Pemberton Township, NJ. This is an incredible opportunity for anyone who loves working with children and is eager to create a lasting impact in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Schedule

Flexible; 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, twice a week

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Assist with school homework
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills
• Collect data and document session progress
• Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience working with children preferred
• RBT Certification preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to pass required background screenings
