Machineoperator

• You will be working in a food company specialized in the processing and storage of a wide range of food products.
• As an operator, you are responsible for the smooth running of the production process and ensure that your machines continue to operate efficiently.

You do this by

• Correctly setting machine parameters
• Monitoring quality and making adjustments to the machine when necessary
• Assisting with machine changeovers for new products
• Independently resolving minor technical malfunctions
• Correctly replenishing supplies
• Cleaning the machines
• Consulting with technicians, packaging staff, team leaders, and others
• All of this takes place in a refrigerated environment (approximately 8–10°C), working in a three-shift system, while strictly adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
• You have relevant work experience and/or a technical background (e.g. through training or education).
• You take pride in keeping your machine running smoothly and in resolving minor breakdowns or blockages quickly and efficiently.
• You are flexible and willing to work shifts: early/late and night.
• Working in a refrigerated environment (approximately 8–10°C) does not deter you.
• You are able to work independently, but you also regularly consult with colleagues to ensure a smooth production process.
• You do not mind performing physical work.
• You have a good command of Dutch and/or English and are able to commute independently to Dendermonde.
