About The Role

JP Legal is seeking a highly experienced Lawyer with extensive knowledge of Saudi Arabian and UAE laws and regulations. The successful candidate will provide legal advice to clients, support cross-border transactions, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist businesses with their corporate and commercial legal needs across both jurisdictions.

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.); a Master's Degree or additional legal qualifications is an advantage.
Minimum 10 years of legal experience, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal environment.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian and UAE laws, regulations, and business practices.
Proven experience advising corporate clients on legal and regulatory matters.
Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
