Pattern Maker / Fashion Designer

• We're looking for a creative yet technically adept fashion designer or pattern maker to collaborate an exciting new apparel project.
• Project is focused on functional clothing including activewear and retreat wear.

We are seeking for people who combine design talent with a deep understanding of

• Pattern making from the perspective of desired garment function and human anatomy
• Fabric properties & performance, textile development

In this role, you’ll

• lead garment design
• contribute to fabric selection / construction
• create or refine patterns
• shape the overall aesthetic
• ensure sample quality meets our standards.

• Inittially, this is a flexible side project alongside your current work, with the opportunity to grow as the brand expands.

We're looking for someone who has

• Experience in fashion design, pattern making, garment development.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and human anatomy.
• Understanding of fabric properties, stretch behavior, and textile performance.
• Experience creating technical drawings, patterns, and tech packs.
• A meticulous eye for fit, proportion, comfort, and garment functionality.
• The ability to balance aesthetics with performance and practicality.
• Curiosity to question traditional apparel design and explore better solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail throughout the development process.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate remotely.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Passion for creating products that genuinely improve people's everyday lives.
