YOUR ROLE

Technical Lead (AI-Native)

, you will own the technical direction and project execution for engineering teams while actively embedding AI and Generative AI into how teams work by default.

You will lead and manage a team of engineers, providing full-stack expertise, establishing best practices, and ensuring delivery excellence. Working closely with clients, project teams, and business stakeholders, you will

shepherd technical decision-making

and provide

thought-leadership

through both traditional development practices and AI-augmented workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Delivery Ownership

• Own the technical direction and roadmap
• for engineering projects.
• Provide full-stack expertise
• to the engineering team and establish best practices on code quality and performance.
• Shepherd technical decision-making process

• Provide architecture-level and code-level feedback

Ensure

AI-Native & Gen-E2 Leadership (Core Expectation)

• Champion AI-native ways of working
• across the team, including AI-assisted development, testing, and documentation.
• Define and enforce AI/GenAI best practices
