About the Role

The Dishwasher is an essential part of our back ‑ of ‑ house team, ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly, efficiently, and with the high standards our guests expect. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized workspace and supporting the culinary team by keeping all dishware, cookware, and equipment spotless and ready for service. Ideal candidates are dependable, hardworking, and thrive in a fast ‑ paced, team ‑ oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish station and kitchen areas
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with trash removal, recycling, and general kitchen cleaning
• Support kitchen team with basic prep or tasks as needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused during busy service periods
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and team ‑ oriented
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
