技術開發主管(焊接檢驗)-工業檢驗部(高雄)

主要職責: 

• Project management and development of welding and other related technologies and business activities for power plant and petrochemical plant construction projects

電廠/石化廠建廠專案管理及焊接等相關技術/業務開發推展

• Develop operating procedures and work instructions for various inspections, study and understand the regulations, specifications, standards and work instructions required for various inspection needs.

擬定檢驗作業程序書及工作指導書，研讀及了解各項檢驗需求所需之法規、規範、標準和工作指導書

• Assist in the new customer development and new  product/service  development .

協助開發新客戶及新服務項目

• Participate in technical communication and discussions with the SGS Global team or Affiliate colleagues.

參與SGS 全球團隊或分機機構同事在技術上的意見溝通及討論

• Responsible for reviewing inspection reports written by domestic and foreign inspectors and providing review comments.

審閱國內外檢驗員撰寫的檢驗報告及提供審查意見

• Build the tenical power and arragne appropriate training for the personelle.

• Building the technical execution plan and lead the team member to comply with it.

帶領技術團隊之規劃和實施

• Provide consultation and doubt-solving for inspectors, and assist the team in handling technical issues when necessary.

提供檢驗員諮商及釋疑，並在需要時協助團隊處理技術上的問題

• Technical develop and maintain procedures for client to comply with regulations

為客戶開發/制定和維護符合相關法規的操作規程

• Assisting in organizing the new marketing plan.

• 協助規劃新的行銷計劃
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• 參加研討會、會議和產業活動

• Responsible for reviewing and providing review opinions for domestic and foreign commissioned inspection reports.

對於國內外委託檢驗的報告，審閱以及提供審查意見

• Training personnel and helping team members to develop their skills.

• Holds a university degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, with solid experience in project management and welding technology for power plant and petrochemical plant construction projects, and strong insight into market trends and customer behavior.

大學以上機械相關科系畢業，具有電廠/石化廠建廠專案管理焊接技術背景並且對市場動態和客戶行為有很好的了解

• Has an in-depth understanding of the ASME AI inspection business field and at least five years of relevant work experience.

對ASME AI檢驗業務領域有深入了解，並至少具有五年以上相關工作經驗。

• Have a deep understanding of related laws and standards and the ability to research and interpret regulations.

對相關的法規和標準有深入的認識，並具備研究並解讀法規的能力

• Good command of English.

良好的英文語言能力 (多益700以上)

• Holds an ASME Authorized Inspector (AI) certificate Or IWE/CWE; additional welding-related or non-destructive testing (NDT) certifications are preferred.

具備ASME AI 證照或IWE/CWE證照(有焊接相關/非破壞檢驗相關證照者佳)

• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

• Experienced in power plant and petrochemical plant construction, pressure vessel manufacturing, and related engineering activities.
