๐Ÿ•’ Job Type: Part-time (6h/day) | Fixed-term Contract (6 months, with possibility of renewal)

๐Ÿ“ˆ Reports to: Individual Giving Specialist

Position Purpose

The Individual Giving Agent is responsible for communicating with existing and prospective supporters through telephone campaigns, contributing to donor acquisition, donor retention and supporter engagement objectives. The role serves as a key point of contact between the organisation and its supporters, promoting the organisation's mission, programmes and values while ensuring a high-quality supporter experience.

Key Responsibilities

Telefundraising & Donor Engagement

  • Conduct outbound calls as part of donor acquisition, retention, reactivation and upgrade campaigns.
  • Present the organisation's mission, programmes and fundraising needs effectively.
  • Encourage supporters to contribute through regular or one-off donations.
  • Achieve agreed campaign targets and quality standards.

Supporter Care & Customer Service

  • Respond to supporter enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle requests, complaints and donation-related issues effectively.
  • Contribute to a positive supporter experience and long-term donor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Record and update supporter information and call outcomes within the CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate and complete supporter records.
  • Provide feedback on campaign performance, supporter needs and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, call center operations or fundraising is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work towards targets and performance indicators.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.
  • Team-oriented approach and professional attitude.
  • Fluency in Greek; English language skills will be considered an asset.
