Global Facilities Construction Schedule Control Manager

Responsibilities

Accountable for driving compliance with defined Global processes and procedures across all construction project activities

Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation, including process frameworks, audit reports, and project controls guidelines, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and accessibility for all project stakeholders

Serve as the primary interface between line planning, engineering, construction, procurement, and finance teams on all scheduling and risk matters

Partner with the BIM team to ensure 4D BIM models are aligned with construction schedules and updated throughout the project lifecycle

Collaborate with estimating teams on baseline schedule and cost integration

Project Control scope includes the following but not limited to

Lead Scheduling

Develop, maintain, and manage fully integrated master project schedules using industry-standard scheduling tools (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)

Lead 4D BIM scheduling by integrating 3D models with project schedules to visualize construction sequences and optimize workflow planning using tools such as Autodesk Navisworks Bentley Synchro, or equivalent

Establish and enforce schedule governance standards, including WBS structure, activity coding, logic relationships, baseline management, and schedule health metrics

Conduct regular Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis, float analysis, and schedule variance reporting

Drive look-ahead scheduling (2-week, 4-week) in collaboration with field teams and contractors

Coordinate schedule integration with procurement, design, construction, and commissioning teams

Perform schedule compression / acceleration analysis and evaluate time-cost tradeoffs using generative scheduling techniques

Risk Management

Lead the development and maintenance of the project risk register, including qualitative and quantitative risk assessments

Execute probabilistic schedule risk analysis using Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis (PRA) — including Monte Carlo simulations, tornado chart analysis, and confidence level reporting (P50/P80/P90)

Identify and quantify risk drivers, model mitigation strategies, and recommend contingency levels for schedule and cost

Facilitate risk workshops with project stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize risks

Develop and track risk response plans and mitigation actions

Perform "What-If" scenario analysis to test impacts of risk events on schedule and cost outcomes

Integrate risk analysis outputs into project reporting and executive dashboards.

Project Controls & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain earned value management (EVM) reporting — tracking SPI, CPI, schedule variance, and cost variance
  • Prepare and present project controls reports (weekly, monthly, executive level) including schedule status, risk summary, and forecast-to-complete
  • Develop and maintain integrated project dashboards combining schedule, cost, risk, and quality data
  • Support project closeout activities including schedule analysis, lessons learned, and as-built documentation.
  • Any other duties that required based on priorities by the management.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
  • Degree in any engineering disciplines / project management / construction or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, and/or risk management on large capital construction or industrial projects
  • Minimum 5 years in a lead scheduler or project controls leadership role
  • Proven experience on complex projects in semiconductor fab, data center, industrial, or comparable high-tech construction environments preferred
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
  • High attention to detail with strong data integrity standards
  • Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, dynamic project environments
  • Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset

Proficient in

MS Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint, Project),

Project Control platforms: Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse, Smart PM, Procore, Autodesk Forma, Autodesk Revit

Automation dashboards software (Power BI, Power Automate)
