• 🔍 What You’ll Do

• Monitor daily progress of projects and create status reports for account managers and stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, approvals, and bookings (rigging, catering, site services).
• Track deadlines for key deliverables: pitch, sign-off, production drawings, artwork, pack list, handover.
• Maintain project calendars and master run sheets for smooth execution.
• Handle supplier and venue databases, and manage project status reporting.
• Analyze risks and opportunities, assist in budget preparation, and ensure client needs are met.

✅ What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and project management tools.
• Experience with HubSpot, AroFlo, Tsheets or similar software is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
