Head of Insurance

Cachet is on a mission to de-risk the platform economy through flexible and adoptable insurance solutions.

We are a hybrid team based in Tallinn, Stockholm, and Warsaw , and we work remotely across the EU.

What You' ll Do

As Head of Insurance , you will play a key leadership role in expanding and managing our insurance operations across Europe. You will:

• Secure insurance capacity and maintain strong partnerships with insurance carriers across Europe.
• Lead our insurance product development and programs, underwriting, and framework agreement negotiations.
• Manage our insurance offerings, localization efforts, and support sales teams in tender processes.
• Help build and lead our growing Insurance team
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to leverage the advantages of our SaaS and data products.
• Ensure compliance with insurance distribution guidelines across Cachet.
• You will be part of the Management team, report directly to the CEO.

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of experience in the insurance sector, with a strong network and proven track record.
• You’re organized, pragmatic, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You stay current with market, regulatory, and sector developments, and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen Cachet’s offering.
• You’re hands-on , with experience in building and scaling teams and operations from the ground up.
• You’re comfortable in a remote-first, cross-border company where processes are evolving and agility is key.
• Tools like Slack, Notion, and Zoom are second nature to you.
• You’re a natural collaborator with excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• You’re skilled at building and maintaining credible, professional relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to support growth.
