About The Role
๐งฉ Key Responsibilities
Enter and process customer quotes in CRM and orders in the ERP system with a high degree of accuracy
Review order details to ensure completeness, pricing accuracy, and compliance with company policies and processes
Communicate with Sales regarding order status and delivery schedules
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies, product availability issues, or shipment delays
Monitor open orders and proactively follow up to ensure timely fulfillment
Support the Sales and Customer Service teams with administrative tasks related to order management
Identify opportunities to improve order processing efficiency and contribute to workflow optimization

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
Experience with ERP or order management systems (e.g., SAP, Sales Force)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Basic understanding of logistics, shipping terms, and international trade

๐ About the Role
As an Order Entry Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate order processing within our emea order entry team. You will be responsible for entering, reviewing, and managing customer orders while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. In this position, you collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Fullfillment, Shipping, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
