About The Role

About Lenskart

Lenskart is Asia's largest eyewear company, serving over 40 million people across 175+ cities in India, Singapore, Dubai, and beyond. What started as an online eyewear store in 2010 has grown into an omnichannel powerhouse with 3,000+ stores, the world's most automated eyewear manufacturing facility, and a mission to serve one billion eyes. "Good is not good enough" is something you'll hear often at Lenskart - we're always pushing to go beyond vision correction and transform how people see and experience the world.

About the Role

This is a mandate to take end-to-end ownership of a problem that genuinely matters to Lenskart's next phase of scale - with real ownership, direct access to senior leadership, and the accountability that comes with it. This role is for builders who want to build something new, scale something that's already working, or take an established part of the business to its next order of magnitude. This is the kind of opportunity that can change the trajectory of your career.

What You'll Do

  • Take full, end-to-end ownership of a business-critical mandate - not a slice of it, not a support role on it - with full accountability for the outcome
  • Set the strategy for your area yourself, in close partnership with senior leadership, rather than executing someone else's plan
  • Build and lead the cross functional muscle needed to get there - pulling in Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience as the problem demands, often without formal authority over those teams
  • Use AI as a default part of how you work - for research, analysis, drafting, decision-support and speed. Build AI-driven workflows, automations, and tools to solve problems and remove manual work wherever it makes sense, not just use AI as a personal productivity aid
  • Get hands-on wherever the problem is - a boardroom strategy conversation one day, a store floor or a vendor negotiation the next
  • Be personally accountable for the outcome, and be recognized accordingly when it moves the needle
