About The Role

As a NonCom Sales Team member, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. Your primary goal is to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. You'll collaborate closely with the CORE client to understand their products and effectively promote them to non-commercial customers within your assigned territory. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's success and develop your sales skills.

  • Sell CORE client products to non-commercial customers, aiming to exceed sales targets.
  • Operator Contact: 70% of time allocation. Make, obtain, and secure sales. Develop and maintain sales through product presentations and customer interaction on behalf of CORE clients as directed.
  • Develop and maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio of a minimum of 35 accounts by calling on them every 60 days.
  • Make a minimum of 12 sales calls per week.
  • Present a minimum of 3 clients on each sales call.
  • Develop comprehensive sales plans in collaboration with the client and sales team.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and target new potential non-commercial customers within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct thorough market research and stay updated on industry trends to enhance sales strategies.
  • Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to the management team, offering valuable insights.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay informed and enhance your skills.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company's brand and values.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a diverse sales pipeline, and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
