Qualifications

Strong Knowledge of Big Data architectures

Hands on experience with distributed data processing frameworks Spark or Flink

Good knowledge of distributed systems applications like Kafka and database technologies like Mysql or Cassandra

Working knowledge of development languages Java and Python

Machine learning work experience is meritorious

MSc/BSc level in Computer Science or the equivalent level of knowledge

Fluent in English, written and oral.

Ericsson Packet Core in Gothenburg are now looking for developers wanting to learn and grow together with us in the development of data analytics solutions.

The CDA team is responsible for developing and maintaining our Continuous Data Analytics (CDA) system. The purpose with CDA is to provide data insights about product’s and network performance in field.

The team is responsible for the full end to end solution including data collection, transfer, storage, analytics and visualization. We work closely with our customers to add maximal value for both parties.

Collaboration with other data analytics teams within the company is a substantial part of the work.

The role

Our teams are cross-functional, self-organizing, international and highly independent. You’ll be working directly with stakeholders in a collaborative manner. This requires maturity and a ‘team first’ approach.

The team will design, implement and test the system from requirements to production and commercial deployment. The team has a life cycle responsibility for the system.
