• You will work closely with the kitchen, bar and the rest of the service team to ensure guests receive smooth, friendly and professional service.

• 🍽️ Has experience from à la carte restaurant service
• 🔥 Enjoys working in a high-tempo environment
• 🗣️ Communicates confidently with guests
• 🤝 Works well as part of a team
• 🍷 Has an interest in food, wine and beverages
• 👀 Is attentive and notices what guests need
• ✅ Is reliable, organised and professional
• 💬 Speaks English or Norwegian confidently
• Experience from hotels, restaurants, conferences or busy casual dining concepts is an advantage.
• 🎯 Your Responsibilities

As an À La Carte Waiter, you will

• 👋 Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
• 📋 Present menus and explain dishes and beverages
• 🍷 Recommend food and drinks when appropriate
• ✍️ Take accurate food and beverage orders
• 🍽️ Serve à la carte dishes and three-course menus
• 🥂 Provide beverage and wine service
• 🏨 Assist with conference dinners, groups and events
• 👀 Follow up guests throughout their dining experience
• 🧹 Keep tables and service areas clean and organised
• 🤝 Cooperate closely with the kitchen, bar and other waiters
• 🌟 Help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest
