Air export agent

As an Air Export Agent , you play a key role in the smooth handling of international air freight shipments. You coordinate export operations from start to finish, ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution. With a strong focus on quality and compliance, you translate regulations and procedures into efficient daily practices. Y As an Air export agent you're responsible for the following tasks: Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system Track and trace Air export files as required Ensure timely delivery of freight to customers for export shipments Ensure arrival notices are communicated to overseas and customers Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing . Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures Keying of air import shipment according to the KPI s and customer's requirements. Release files according to KPI and customer requirements in compliance with all rules and regulations Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)

The Air Export Agent we're looking for has the following profile: 2 years related experience Bachelors degree Understanding of air documentation process is needed Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results Pro-active, strong organizational skills Good computer skills (Excel, Word) IATA certification (preferred) Fluent in English and a good level of Dutch Eligible to work in Belgium
