About The Role
How you'll make an impact

Own social listening and reputation monitoring (via social listening tools) across earned and social channels, tracking sentiment and coverage for flagship campaigns like the Anti-Loneliness Campaign, Human Connection Hub, and Healthy Dating Campaign, and flagging risks and opportunities to leadership

Manage the corporate website and blog as the home for our storytelling, publishing campaign reports (e.g., our economics-of-dating report), narrative pieces, and executive thought leadership

Own video and digital amplification plans for major campaigns and executive moments, extending the reach of earned coverage and events (e.g., Healthy Dating Campaign, regional forums, trust and safety campaigns)

Support employer brand strategy across social and digital channels, partnering with HR/Talent to spotlight our people and culture.

Monitor social and digital sentiment tied to Trust & Safety, policy, and executive reputation moments, providing early warning on emerging issues
We could be a Match if
- -
- You have 5+ years of experience in digital/social media management, corporate communications, or a related field
- -
- You have hands-on experience with social listening and analytics tools (e.g., Emplifi, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Google Analytics) and survey-based measurement
- -
- You’ve built or supported employer brand strategy and content
- -
- You have experience managing a corporate website/CMS and blog content
- -
- You’re comfortable coordinating video production and digital amplification, from creative brief through final delivery
- -
- You have strong analytical skills and can turn data into clear, actionable recommendations tied to OKRs
- -
- You’re comfortable working across time zones and regional teams (US, Europe, International) to keep measurement and content consistent
- -
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- -
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
