About The Role

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the multi-layout windows toolkit, adapted by account and store tier, synchronized with our 4–6 week story cadence
  • Lead POSM, in-store animation and splash design coordination
  • Build sell-in toolkits for new collections — line sheets, look books, B2B presentation decks
  • Design account-specific co-marketing for top wholesale doors, and lead trade show booth design and B2B materials
  • Supply materials to our Global Ecom team for pure-play partner activation
  • Develop promotion mechanics stories & toolkits (% off, bundles) and lead GWP creation, distribution and communication
  • Drive trade-driven activations that bridge commercial big bets with offline execution
  • Adapt packaging layouts by market and product variant and coordinate print production, working from designs owned by Brand Creative
  • Run a closed loop with Brand Creative: brief in, deploy out, learnings back
  • Align with Marketing Planning & Orchestration on calendar and story-window timing
  • Partner with VM & POP Experience for in-store coherence and with Digital Brand Activation for offline-to-online consistency
  • Lead, coach and grow a team of 3, building the processes that let a central team deploy world-class toolkits at global scale

Your ideal profile

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, Wholesale Marketing or Brand Activation
  • Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience (nice to have)
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline
  • Experience within fashion, lifestyle, premium consumer goods or retail industries
  • Strong background in wholesale and key account environments
  • Proven track record deploying large-scale offline activation programs across multiple markets
  • Experience with windows, POSM, sell-in materials, packaging adaptation and trade fairs
  • Demonstrated ability to link activation activities to sales and brand performance
  • Experience operating in international, matrix organizations
  • Fluent in English. Additional European language is considered an advantage
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Willingness to travel internationally to markets, trade fairs and retail locations
  • Strong aesthetic judgment and brand sensitivity
  • Commercial mindset combined with operational excellence

  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
