Developing and managing your own portfolio of clients within your specialist market. Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing partnerships. Advising clients on recruitment strategies, salary benchmarks, and talent market trends. Sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates. Guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process and supporting them in their career development. Matching top talent with suitable opportunities. Negotiating offers and managing placements from start to finish. Achieving individual and team targets within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Bachelor's or Master's degree holders. Passionate about people, business, and career development. Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills. Commercially minded, ambitious, and results-driven. Resilient and proactive, with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
