• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Weekends)
• Pay Rate: $25–$32/hour + Performance Bonuses

Responsibilities

• Complete residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects.
• Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, plumbing, and basic electrical repairs.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Communicate professionally with customers, office staff, and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Arrive on time and complete projects efficiently and professionally.
• Build customer trust by identifying additional repair or maintenance opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional workmanship while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Represent Ace Handyman Services with professionalism and integrity at every job site.

Requirements

Must Have

• Experience across multiple trades, including:
• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Drywall
• Painting
• Tile
• Basic Electrical
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation with a well-maintained vehicle.
• Organized tools and familiarity with the equipment needed for a variety of repair projects.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Punctual, dependable, and customer-focused.

Nice to Have

• Residential remodeling experience.
• Experience working directly with homeowners.
• Ability to estimate repair solutions and identify additional service opportunities.
• Experience in handyman or property maintenance services.
• Knowledge of multiple home repair systems and building practices.
