Energy Partner Service Engineer

Prague, Czech

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for basic level technical support for digital power industery, provide solution to customer via email, phone and other channels.
• Output customer issue analysis report, improve customers satisfaction
• Onsite support for customer issues, in case it required.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Technical University degree (electrical/power/electronics…etc.)
• Graduate in 2025/2026 or 2027
• Ability to cooperate and work with peoples from different cultures
• Preferable 1-year customer support experience
• Fluent in English and Czech
• Good customer communication skills
• Know the basic MS office product (excel, words..etc)
• Ability to travel.
• Being interested / motivated to learn about renewable energy
• Power system or renewable energy industry related experience will be a plus
