• This training is for those seeking a career & full-time employment in the HVAC trade.

• This HVAC training is designed for those with limited or no experience in the Heating & Cooling trade.

• In-person interview and aptitude assessment required for acceptance.
• Classes: Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 2 pm for 14 weeks

Training covers

• Intro to HVAC, heat transfer, air distribution, basic electricity, soldering, and brazing, and learn how to thread and install black iron pipe.
• Learn to build and install sheet metal ductwork, Duct board, copper lines, a condensing unit, and a power supply. Learn to install round sheet-metal takeoffs and flex duct.
• You can obtain OSHA 10 & Scissor Lift certifications, and boom lift certification.

EPA 608 Freon Certification

Low-GWP Freon Certification

• Nate Installation Certificate .
• Successful completers are eligible for a 6-week paid internship with a West Alabama HVAC Contractor

Eligibility requirements

• Age limit: 19 - 35
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
• Eligible to work in the US
• Able to pass a drug screen & background check
