Aktualisierung, Wartung und Instandhaltung von bestehenden Server- und Client-Systemen sowie die Vorbereitung zur Implementierung neuer Systeme
Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Windows Arbeitsplätzen
Pflege der Backup- und Recovery-Prozesse sowie Erstellung von Dokumentationen
Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der CAD/CAM, PDM und ERP-Systeme (Warenwirtschaftsprogramm Timeline sowie gruppeninterne Eigenentwicklungen)
Troubleshooting im IT-Alltag sowie Begleitung und Koordinierung der Integration neuer Software
