Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and skilled Finance Manager for the Emerging Markets to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Oversee the annual budget and monitor monthly performance to ensure alignment.
• Identify areas for cost savings and drive financial efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial statements in compliance with law and regulations.
• Manage cash flow and cash conversion cycle to ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee investment strategies and maintain optimal working capital.
• Manage financial audits and assess financial risks.
• Advise on major financial decisions, like investments or acquisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field. Master’s degree and/or professional qualification MBA, CFA, CPA.
• 10+ years in finance, leading a team with global experience.
• Pre exposure to Emerging Markets, especially Middle East Africa / Asia.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, FMCG or Manufacturing industrial environment.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Fluency in English Language is a must.
