MotorClothes Sales Associate – Harley-Davidson

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with apparel and accessory selections in a professional and engaging manner.
- Provide expert knowledge on Harley-Davidson MotorClothes products and promotions.
- Maintain showroom appearance and merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately.
- Participate in dealership events, promotions, and product launches.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred, especially in apparel or lifestyle brands.
- Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and the motorcycle community.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
