About The Role

Responsibilities

  • Assist technicians in performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Perform basic vehicle services under supervision.
  • Learn manufacturer-recommended repair procedures and dealership processes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Participate in training and development programs to grow technical skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive trade school or vocational program enrollment preferred.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and desire to pursue a career as an automotive technician.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under the supervision of experienced technicians.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
