About The Role
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist service customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Prepare repair orders and communicate repair details clearly.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
- Maintain regular contact with customers during service visits.
- Promote additional services and accessories that enhance the Harley-Davidson experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or business degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a dealership service advisor role preferred (motorcycle, automotive, or powersports).
- Strong understanding of Harley-Davidson products, maintenance schedules, and repair procedures.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (Talon, CDK, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Professional appearance and a passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
- Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement required.

Full-time, including weekends and occasional evenings as required.

ADA Essential Duties
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dealership for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to communicate clearly in person, on the phone, and electronically.
- Ability to push or maneuver motorcycles (with assistance).
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
