About The Role

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist service customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Prepare repair orders and communicate repair details clearly.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers during service visits.
  • Promote additional services and accessories that enhance the Harley-Davidson experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or business degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a dealership service advisor role preferred (motorcycle, automotive, or powersports).
  • Strong understanding of Harley-Davidson products, maintenance schedules, and repair procedures.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems (Talon, CDK, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
  • Professional appearance and a passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
  • Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement required.

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dealership for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in person, on the phone, and electronically.
  • Ability to push or maneuver motorcycles (with assistance).
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
