• What you will do with us

• Serve as point of contact for information security matters at Fressnapf
• Consult on projects and departments, providing expert guidance and support for information security requirements
• Support the establishment and maturation of our Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Analyze legal and regulatory requirements regarding information security and steer their implementation within the organization
• Act as a core member of the Risk Management team, identifying vulnerabilities and deriving strategic mitigation measures
• Raise awareness among colleagues regarding new security processes and guidelines, while continuously optimizing existing policies

What you will bring with you

• University degree with a focus on Computer Science, Information Security, or a comparable professional qualification
• Several years of hands-on experience in Information Security, with deep expertise in ISMS, Risk Management, Asset Management, and Change Management
• Proven track record working with frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001 or BSI IT-Grundschutz
• Strong familiarity with legal security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS-2, CRA, ITGC, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both German and English (written and verbal)
