About The Role
As part of a pre-selection process, the Public Employment Service of Lower Austria (AMS Niederösterreich) is seeking 1 Product Manager (m/f/x) Ihre Aufgaben * Owns the product strategy and product roadmap for IMS MBMWs throughout their entire lifecycle. * Ensures alignment between market needs, customer requirements, and product development priorities. * Leads the development and maintenance of product business cases, including assumptions related to revenue, margin, and investments. * Owns product-related decisions, including product launches, product enhancements, portfolio rationalization, and end-of-life management. * Ensures product competitiveness through market analysis, customer feedback, and the evaluation of technological trends. * Leads cross-functional product planning activities involving R&D, Operations, Service, Quality Management, and Sales. * Supports pricing strategies and pricing decisions based on market dynamics and profitability objectives. * Ensures accurate demand assumptions and business forecasts to support strategic planning activities. * Drives go-to-market planning and product launch readiness in collaboration with Sales, R&D, Operations, and Service. * Monitors and manages the implementation of new features and products, escalating as necessary to ensure delivery according to plan. * Serves as the primary technical point of contact for existing and prospective customers, supporting the introduction of new features and presenting MBMW technology. * Ensures continuous monitoring of product performance, profitability, market share, and customer adoption metrics. * Leads product-related customer interactions, including roadmap discussions, product demonstrations (aligning technical requirements with customers and handing them over to R&D for implementation), and strategic business discussions. * Ensures appropriate prioritization of product requirements and change requests based on business value and strategic relevance. Skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of technical issues and propose effective solutions. * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa, ensuring clarity and alignment across all teams involved. * Knowledge of all phases of product development, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, testing, and post-launch support. * Proficiency in creating clear technical documentation, including detailed specifications, product requirements, and process flows, ensuring comprehensive and accurate communication within teams. * Strong understanding and experience in working within agile frameworks and methodologies, enabling efficient and adaptive product development cycles. * High level of precision in reviewing technical designs, product specifications, and testing results, ensuring products meet high standards of quality and functionality. * Ability to train and mentor cross-functional teams, helping them build technical proficiency and fostering continuous learning within the organization. * Master in Physics * Fluently English, Mandarin Working Hours * Full-time employment with 38.5 working hours per week * Flexible working hours (flexitime) Job Location * Brunn am Gebirge Our Offer * Permanent employment Contact information and application details Please apply by telephone only and quote your reference number when calling.
