Your mission: * Develop and structure fixed income and foreign exchange (FX) derivatives for clients. * Analyze market trends, economic data, and corporate balance sheets to create tailor-made solutions. * Design and implement hedging strategies for interest rate and currency risks. * Prepare detailed presentations for internal and external stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies. * Provide ongoing support and advice to clients on structured products and market developments. * Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution of deals and integrate market insights into product development. Your core competencies: * Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. * Skilled and enthusiastic in creating client pitches and presentations. * Solid understanding of fixed income and FX markets. * Proficiency in derivatives (interest rate and FX), including swaps, cross-currency swaps, caps & floors, FX forwards, FX swaps, and options. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Understanding of balance sheets, where knowledge of IFRS 9 and hedge accounting is a plus.
