About the Role

We're looking for an AI Trainer & Workflow Engineer to build and optimize AI processes and automations, and help deliver hands-on Generative AI and workflow-automation training. You'll combine technical skill with strong communication to guide participants through practical, real-world AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and optimize AI processes, automations, and AI agents (e.g., FlowHunt, MS

Copilot Studio, Power Automate)

• Create educational materials, presentations, and guides on AI
• Deliver AI training sessions and workshops, and support clients implementing AI solutions
• Stay current on AI technologies and prepare technical documentation

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with AI workflow/automation tools
• Solid understanding of and genuine interest in Generative AI
• Training or facilitation experience is a plus
• Strong English communication and presentation skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
