Metal Fabricator / Workshop Operative – Navan, Co. Meath

We are looking for an experienced Metal Fabricator / Workshop Operative with a minimum of two years’ relevant fabrication experience to join our team. The successful candidate should have practical experience working with materials such as aluminium, steel, copper and lead, and be comfortable carrying out general fabrication and workshop duties.

The role involves the manufacture and fabrication of bespoke metal products, together with general workshop and yard duties. We are looking for someone reliable, practical and detail-focused who takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Manufacture and fabricate bespoke products using aluminium, lead, steel and copper
• Operate workshop machinery including press brake, folding machine and guillotine
• Read and work from drawings, measurements and work instructions
• Assist with packing and preparation of materials
• Maintain clean and organised workshop, yard, shelving and storage areas
• Carry out general workshop and ad hoc yard duties as required
• Minimum 2 years' relevant fabrication experience
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Valid Safe Pass

• Valid Manual Handling certificate
• Forklift licence would be an advantage but is not essential
• Willingness to learn and develop additional skills
• Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Annual Leave: 20 days per year
