Digital Marketing Manager

Alfa Electrical LTD is looking for 1 candidate for a Digital Marketing Associate.

Main duties include

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Create, manage, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and performance monitoring to identify trends and new business opportunities.
• Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content is accurate, current, and optimised for user experience and search engines.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to support lead generation, customer engagement, retention, and -promotional activities.
• Create and oversee digital content including blogs, case studies, social media content, videos, and promotional materials.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage the company's social media presence and maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop lead generation initiatives and support overall business development objectives.

• 39 hours per week
• Salary: €36,605 annually
• Hourly Rate: €18.05 per hour
