Chef De Partie is required to work at Andhus restaurants limited, based in The Pig's Ear, 4 Nassau Street, Dublin 2, D02YX74. The candidate must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role. Duties will include preparation, organising food deliveries, vegetable preparation, cooking presentation of various dishes and preparing menus. Salary: 36.605,00 euros per annum. Hours: 39 per week.
