Parts Advisor

Motor Services Limited require 1 Parts Advisor for its automotive dealership at MSL Motor Group, North Road, North City Business Park, Dublin 11, Dublin, the salary range starts from €36,605 to €54,000 based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Job Requirements

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying, locating, and ordering parts.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, inventory records, and parts documentation.
• Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims in a timely manner.
• Ensure parts department cleanliness, organization, and compliance with brand standards.
• Communicate effectively with the service department, sales department, and vendors.
• Meet individual and departmental sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience; luxury brand experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle components and systems.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds).
• Excellent customer service, communication, and sales skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and manage inventory.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to lift moderate weight.
