Baltimore Harbour Community Leisure Centre CLG is seeking an enthuastic and community focused Centre Manager to lead the Wild Atlantic Pool & Fitness Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leisure, fitness or facilities professional to make a real difference in a thriving community facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of the centre
• Oversee pool, gym and leisure facilities
• Manage & develop the team
• Ensure health & safety and compliance
• Support swimming lessons, classes and community programmes
• Drive excellent customer experience
