Groundworker & Plumber

We are hiring an experienced Groundworker + Plumber to support residential extensions, attic conversions, and modular home installations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone confident with foundations, drainage, pipework, and utility connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Groundworks — site prep, levelling, trenching, compacting
• Foundations — pouring, shuttering, concrete base preparation
• Drainage — installing and connecting waste lines, stormwater channels
• Plumbing — hot/cold feeds, pipe routing, bathroom/kitchen connections
• Utility connections for kitchens, bathrooms, and external services
• Working alongside carpenters, electricians, and blocklayers on extension builds

Requirements

• 4–6 years experience in groundworks and plumbing
• knowledge of domestic drainage & pipework
• Ability to read site drawings
• Safe Pass required
