Job Description

Elite Modular Homes Limited is seeking a Carpenter to join our team, working on residential and/or commercial construction projects. The role involves carrying out a wide range of carpentry tasks, from reading technical drawings to the installation and maintenance of wooden structures and fittings.

Key Responsibilities

• -Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine job requirements;
• -Select, measure, cut, shape, drill, and assemble timber structures and fittings in accordance with plans using hand and power tools;
• -Install and fix wooden components such as doors, skirting boards, counters, partitions, decking, frames, shop fronts, furniture, and wooden templates;
• -Check accuracy and alignment of work using squares, rules, spirit levels, and other measuring tools;
• -Carry out maintenance and minor repairs on wooden structures and fittings as required;
• -Work as part of a team while adhering to site safety protocols.

Job Requirements

• -2 years’ hands-on carpentry experience;
• -There are no formal academic entry requirements;
• -Ability to follow technical instructions and collaborate effectively with others;
• -Basic understanding of site safety regulations and PPE usage;
• -Physically fit with manual skills suitable for construction tasks.
• Annual Salary: €68,911
• Hourly Rate: €33.98
• Hours per Week: 39h
