Experienced and passionate Chef de Partie (x1) sought for an Indian restaurant, Shri Sai Food Ltd T/A Curry and Craic, 4-Old Cabra Road, Dublin-7. Candidate Requirements: Minimum of two years relevant experience. Previous Chef de Partie experience is essential. Relevant qualification will add on. Key responsibilities will include Producing high quality meals from fresh and local ingredients using spices, ethnic Indian taste, running the Kitchen to a high standard, demonstrating high standard culinary skills, Improving the existing menus etc. This is a permanent full time job. Weekly pay will be €706 and Working hours 39 Per week.
