Financial and Accounting Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and other accounting records
• Produce, compile, and report financial information for management use
• Liaise with clients to ensure payments are made on time and credit limits are not exceeded
• Ensure invoices and payments are accurate and issued within required deadlines
• Monitor accounting systems to ensure accounts are maintained effectively
• Provide information on accounting practices to auditors when required

Entry Requirements

• No formal academic requirements are mandatory
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles is required
• Experience with accounting systems and financial reporting is an advantage
