We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Concierge to join our senior living community. As the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members, you will create a warm and welcoming environment while providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic facility information such as brochures and informational packets to persons requesting about the community and its programs
• Greet visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Screens and requires all visitors to sign in at reception desk.
• Notifies residents or department heads when visitors are present. Instruct visitors according to individual instructions.
• Perform clerical duties as assigned.
• Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette,
• Schedule tours/visits tour prospective residents

Shift

• weekend 9am-5:30pm

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional, positive, and dependable demeanor
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Receptionist, concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• A genuine passion for working with and serving seniors
