About The Role
SUMMARY : This position is responsible for assisting Vision Room Technician in the operation and production maintenance of the automated vision inspection systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate automated vision equipment.
- Maintain and upkeep quality data collection systems.
- Maintain and modify product lay down area as needed.
- Prepare inspected product for auditing and warehousing.
- Perform routine APCO changes on automated vision equipment.
- O-Ring packaging and warehousing.
- Perform other duties as required or requested.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES
- None
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED; and two years of manufacturing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to read, write and speak in English and possess interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to complete basic math formulas that include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Must have relevant technical skills.
- Must be able to use SAP software.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work environment consists of manufacturing which may be exposed to noise, heat, and rubber smells.
- Exposure to loud noise levels for up to 2/3 of the time.
