✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• With a background in employee relations and discipline

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding process for newly-hired employees
• Assist employees in obtaining government-provided benefits
• Handle records management of employees (i.e., 201 files, certificate of employment, HMO documents, clearance forms, etc.)
• Performance management
• Employee engagement
• Other assigned tasks
