  • What Will You Do?

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Planning and execution of product development projects within the automotive domain.
  • Ensure all projects are aligned with overall business goals, customer expectations, and organizational strategy.
  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and risk assessments.
  • Track project progress, maintain schedules, and ensure timely delivery of project phases.
  • Review and approve documentation throughout project initiation, development, integration, testing, and implementation.

Financial & Resource Management

  • Analyze project‑related financial data to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Implement, manage, and monitor project budgets in line with cost targets.
  • Calculate financial and operational risks, propose mitigation strategies, and maintain risk registers.
  • Produce financial summaries, dashboards, and executive‑level project reports for senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Distribute, allocate, and optimize resources to meet project requirements.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Indian OEMs.
  • Manage customer expectations, provide regular updates, and drive resolution of escalations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
  • Ensure strong alignment between customer needs and internal project execution.

Process Improvement & Governance

  • Review and update existing project management processes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across project planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to service delivery processes and tools, maintaining high-quality project governance.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration and promote operational simplicity and efficiency.

What Will You Bring?

Functional Competencies

  • Experience managing complex automotive product development projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management & customer engagement skills.
  • Experience with service delivery processes, tools, and documentation standards.
  • Good understanding of P&L concepts, budgeting, cost control, and forecast accuracy.
  • Prior experience working with Indian OEMs, preferably on safety-critical automotive systems.
  • Exposure to automotive manufacturing environments (preferred).
