Job Summary

• This is an exciting opportunity to join our FSC Team in Łódź. We’re looking for an Intern to join our Collections team and support daily operations of a Collections team.
• We’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. If you match this description, get in touch!

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Support the Collections team in daily activities, mainly for Benelux markets
• Contact customers by mail and phone to collect the outstanding debt (in English and optionally French)
• Support projects (including documentation preparation)
• Support ad hoc analysis for the management
• Pro-actively take part in various assignments

Critical Skills & Requirements

You have a very good command of English

Basic knowledge of French or Dutch would be an asset

Preferably, you are a student in Finance/ Economics or relative fields

You have a good command of MS Office

You are a proactive and communicative person, willing to take new initiatives

You are attentive to details

You have good problem-solving and analytical skills

You are available for approx. 20-30h per week
