TI is seeking a strategic Construction Safety Manager to lead our safety efforts during the construction and build-out of our new 300mm factory in Lehi, Utah. This is not just a monitoring role; it is a leadership opportunity to architect and implement a world-class Safety Management Program from the ground up. You will help recruit and mentor a high-performing team, bridging the gap between heavy construction safety and long-term, high-tech manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • This role is an individual contributor position responsible for coordinating and directing the day-to-day work of supplemental ESHS resources supporting construction and ramp activities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive Safety Management System tailored for construction and factory operations.
  • Drive safety integration into project lifecycles, managing budgets and resource allocation to support rapid-scale build-outs.
  • Develop and roll out the site safety program for expansion activities
  • Ensure safety precautions are taken during high-risk construction activities and ensure supplier conformance to with TI’s safety programs.
  • Use data-driven metrics to analyze trends, lead root-cause investigations, and evolve our safety culture proactively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all regulatory inspections and audits.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 5 years of experience in ESHS
  • OSHA Construction certifications (CSP, CHST, or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Significant experience in large-scale industrial or structural construction or equivalent project management experience
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating and directing the day-to-day work of contract, supplemental, or field-based resources
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling safety programs in complex construction and expansion environments
  • Ability to influence stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on leading indicator metrics
