About The Role

As an Apprentice Customer Care representative, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and offering solutions to their needs. You will work closely with our back-office team to ensure a seamless and timely resolution to customer issues.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a prompt and professional response.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on company products and services.
  • Offer effective solutions and alternatives to customer problems, aiming for a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document and track customer interactions, ensuring a thorough record of all inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the back-office team to escalate complex issues and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, representing the company's brand and values.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to deliver accurate information.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions, aiming for a positive outcome.
  • Assist in data entry and basic administrative tasks as required by the team.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • A friendly and empathetic approach, with a passion for helping others.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using customer support tools and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to offer effective solutions.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, ensuring timely responses to customers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset but not mandatory.
  • A basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is beneficial.
  • Willingness to undergo training and development to enhance customer care skills.
